Components:

stand for support
Plastic Bottle
Switch(on/off)
9v battery with cap
DC motor(high torque)

Explanation:

The blades are made from plastic bottle which is cut using cutter. Using heat the blades are given shape . They are approx 120° apart. A dc motor is used to rotate the blades. DC motor can rotate the fan also since torque requirements is less. The fan is controlled using A simple On/Off switch.
