Explanation:
In distance measurement the ultrasonic sensor is used. The Ultrasonic sensor works on the principle of bats .In nature bats emits Ultrasonic waves which collide with obstacles and are reflected back. Depending upon time required to receive the waves they judge the Distance and hence the obstacles. Here sensor is used which has transmitter and receiver. The software calculates the time and the distance is displayed on the LCD screen.
